SITUATION: The average of 5 commercial scale field trials in the Mildura and Griffith areas on multiple grape varieties. APPLICATION: Fertigated or foliar sprayed at 5L/Ha or 10L/Ha. Three to eight applications at varying timings. The majority were 5L/Ha at budburst, flowering, and fruit set.

SITUATION: Independent study conducted over seasons 2014 & 15 in Toolangi, Victoria in a commercial strawberry runner nursery. APPLICATION: Pre soaked mother plants overnight in 400:1 solution and 7 monthly applications at 10 Litres /Ha.

SITUATION: Laboratory study of the impact of Seasol on the growth of Sclerotinia minor on agar plates and lettuce seedlings. APPLICATION: Undiluted Seasol and a 500:1 solution was applied to Sclerotinia culture and infected seedlings on agar plates.

SITUATION: Commercial scale field trial of seven potato varieties at Pyap, South Australia in season 2011. APPLICATION: Half pivot circles treated at tuber initiation and tuber bulking with 5l/ha. Two trials were applied by boom spray and Five by fertigation.

Lucerne – PastureMasta

SITUATION: Independent field trial in a commercial Lucerne paddock at Virginia, South Australia in 2017-18 to evaluate PastureMasta in conjunction with a growers’ fertiliser program on the quality and yield of Lucerne cv. QB31. APPLICATION: Four applications of PastureMasta at 10Uha in 100L of water delivered by boom spray as soon as possible after each hay cut.

SITUATION: Two block comparison of “Late Lane” oranges in a commercial orchard near Mildura in season 17/18. A repeat of a trial from 16/17. APPLICATION: Fertigation of Seasol at 10L/ha six times. Monthly intervals from flowering in October until March.

Broccoli Club Root

SITUATION: Laboratory assessment in a sand solution of the effect of Seasol on the susceptibility of broccoli seedlings to Plasmodiophora brasicae (club root) infection. APPLICATION: Diluted Seasol at 1:25 and 1:400 was applied to broccoli seedlings at 5 days after sowing. Plants were then inoculated with club root disease at 28 days.
